Let’s do a little experiment

In the course of every project there comes a time to test the current plan. This is the experiment, and often times the first one is one of the most important. It sets the stage to let you know how things are going to go. Will your plans hold up, or did you bite off more than you can chew? This is our first experiment, the field test of our initial planning.
